Ben E. Voivedich Jr., PMP is a project management trainer and consultant with over 35 years of “hands on” project management experience in the oil & gas, shipyard, energy, and construction industries. He has trained over 15,000 engineers, schedulers, cost accountants, office support staff, field personnel, project managers, middle management, and executives in “applied” project management. He has consulted on major industrial projects around the world; several of which have won corporate and industry awards (e.g. Construction Round Table 2002 award for the “Big Muddy” transmission project in New Orleans). He has also been a project manager on dozens of oil field related projects and has served as the Planning, Scheduling, and Project Controls manager for a major oil field services company.
